  2. Prepare 1 of celery.
  3. You need 1 of onion.
  4. You need 1/2 tub of mushrooms.
  5. Prepare 2 cloves of Garlic.

  7. It’s 1 tbsp of Worcestershire Sauce.
  8. You need 2 tsp of sesame Oil.
  9. You need 2 of beef stock cubes.

  11. It’s 1 glass of red wine.
  12. You need of Mince Meat (lean if possible).
  13. It’s of Olive Oil.
  14. Prepare of Pepper (to taste).
  15. It’s 1 tbsp of Mixed dried herbs.

  1. What you need! For the veg, you can honestly add anything but for me, I like the list above..
  2. Chop all the veg, put into a pan, add a splash of olive oil and cook till soft. (5 mins ish).

  6. Get the lettuce and peel for whole leaves. This will be used as the wrap!.
