- Prepare 5 of Kiwis.
- You need of Medium bunch black(sweet) grapes.
- Prepare 3 of small sweet Tangarine/orange.
- It’s 2 of medium Sharron fruit.
- Prepare 2 of crunchyApples.
- You need 2 of crunchy Pears.
- Prepare 400 ml of Mango pulp, 95%or more mango content (lightly sweetend).
Healthy desert mix instructions
- Fruits on same day:some till not ripe enof soo trying to ripen by covering 4 next 4 days inshaallah.if possible to get ripe fruits you can use same day.(some added fruits not shown in pic).
- Prince all fruit.prep fruits(see pics) decore peel chop and set aside.
- Combine all fruits.
- Add mango pulp, using large spoon scoops.about half the can. Stir in,cover with cling film,refrigerate few hours or overnight.(this healthy desert get better in the fridge..(so can keep for upto 3 days).realy nice in summer too.bismillah enjoy.
