  1. It’s 1 piece of Chicken breast.
  2. It’s 3 tbsp heaped of Tandoori masala.
  3. You need 2 tbsp of Lemon juice.
  4. It’s 1 tbsp of Yogurt.
  5. Prepare 1/2 cup of Carrot julienne.
  6. Prepare 1/2 cup of Cabbage chopped.
  7. You need 1/2 cup of Capsicum chopped.
  8. It’s 4 tbsp of Mayonnaise.
  9. You need 2 tbsp of Cream.
  10. You need 1 tsp of Oregano.
  11. Prepare 2 tbsp of Oil.
  12. You need 1-2 stalks of Celery chopped.
  13. It’s 1 cup of Ice burg lettuce chopped.
  14. Prepare of Salt as per taste.
  15. It’s of Black pepper powder as per taste.
  16. It’s 1 tbsp of Olive oil.

Grilled Chicken Salad step by step

  1. Marinate the chicken breast with tandoori masala, yogurt and 1tbsp lemon juice and keep aside for at least 30 mins.
  2. In a bowl add cream, mayonnaise, 1tbsp lemon juice, Apple cider vinegar, salt, black pepper powder, olive oil and mix well.
  3. Now add all chopped veggies in the mixture and toss it well.
  4. Now in a frying pan heat oil and fry chicken with all its marination until chicken is done and attains nice golden color.
  5. Cut strips of chicken and place over the salad.
  6. Sprinkle some oregano and chilli flakes on the top and serve.
