- Collect all the ingredients..
- In a pot heat oil, now add onions..
- Sauté the onions..
- Add tomatoes.
- And spices..
- Now mix well..
- Add some water to make the onions and tomatoes pastey..
- Then when onions and tomatoes are mashed. Add Ridged gourd and mix well. Add 1 cup water and cook on low flame. Until sauce is made..
