Quick & healthy wrap step by step

  1. Cut the cauliflower, carrot, spring onion and coriander together, in small pieces.
  2. In a pan, cook the onion & potatoes together until it’s cooked..
  3. Pour the eggs on top and make an omelette. Put some cheese on top and wait until the eggs are cooked..
