  1. Combine all marinad ingredients.
  2. Place chicken or fish in a ziplock bag.
  3. Pour marinade mixture in the ziplock.
  4. Marinate at least 4 hours or overnight.
  5. For basting mixture: combine all ingredients over low heat..
